PUSH SYSTEM
The push system on spreader trailers consists of a mechanism that allows for efficient manure distribution using a technology that does not rely on chains for its operation.
It consists of a front and a moving floor that move the load along the body through the pushing force applied by its hydraulic cylinders. The movement is facilitated by polyurethane strips and supported by high-density polyethylene skids.
By eliminating the chain-based movement mechanism and reducing it to a push circuit through the front and moving floor, maintenance operations are simplified.

The Juscafresa finishing process is:
Polishing of the entire machine, removing impurities that remain in the metal.
Pressure washing with special anti-grease liquid to achieve greater primer adhesion and prevent corrosion.
High-pressure washing with hot water to remove dirt from the metal and residue from adhering products.
Application of a high-quality primer coat.
Application of two coats of Juscafresa paint specially designed with our corporate color.

Spreader system
Two-column vertical worm gears with a symmetrical star shape and bolted flat prongs. Standard speed ratio: 1000/405 rpm.
The spreading plates are placed on an interchangeable tray that runs around them. This not only prevents the material from falling directly to the ground, but also allows it to exit through the rear without being thrown under the machine, thus avoiding the resulting dirt buildup underneath the machine.

Silage system

13-leaf spring drawbar
The 13-leaf spring drawbar on an agricultural trailer is an integrated suspension system designed to improve the dynamic performance of the tractor-trailer combination during field use.
The spring consists of 13 overlapping leaves of elastic steel, whose main function is to absorb and dampen the stresses and vibrations generated during movement, especially on uneven terrain.
Drawbar with hydraulic suspension
A drawbar with variable hydraulic height lifting and lowering is designed to facilitate the loading and transport of heavy or bulky materials. This type of system allows the hitch height to be adjusted.
It uses a suspension system with two high- and low-pressure accumulators with a solenoid shut-off valve for the low-pressure accumulator, ensuring optimal suspension under any load situation.
Rear protection
Fix rear anti-underride system.
Optional, hydraulic rear anti-underride system synchronized with the tailgate drive circuit. The mechanism is designed to ensure road safety without interfering with loading and unloading operations.
When the tailgate is closed, the underride barrier moves to its working position and is fully deployed, complying with rear impact protection regulations.
When the door is opened, the anti-underride device folds down, freeing up space for operation without the risk of damaging it.
Awning
Optional overhead awning with a guide system for load protection, available with manual or electric operation via wired remote control.
Rocker axle
Designed to ensure constant, pivoting oscillation that guarantees continuous contact of all tires with the ground. Their mechanical structure optimizes shock absorption and distributes forces evenly among their components, reducing wear and offering excellent stability even during the most demanding maneuvers.
Bogie axle
Designed to offer exceptional torsional rigidity and precise trailer guidance under extreme load conditions. Their compensation system facilitates dynamic and efficient weight distribution between both axles, minimizing the impact of bumps and ensuring highly safe and stable handling on unpaved terrain.
Axle with hydraulic suspension
Axles with hydraulic suspension type “Sidra” in 2 and 3 axles.
Designed to support heavy loads and provide optimal load distribution between the different modules and wheels. It provides a solid base that helps maintain the trailer's balance even on uneven terrain.
Directional system
Trailers equipped as standard with self-steering axle control on the second axle in the case of two-axle trailers and on the first and third axles in the case of three-axle trailers.
Optionally, electronically controlled axle steering is available, using electronic sensors that hydraulically control the steering of the axles in different operating modes, controlled via a push-button display. This option provides greater steering control and high maneuverability.
If all the modules of the steering axles are installed as an option, it is possible to work with the machine on the field offset with respect to the tractor, optimizing soil compaction.
The use of proportional compensated solenoid valves for the electronic directional system is noteworthy, generating absolute hydraulic precision.

Distributor with sensor line optional
Control of hydraulic functions (pusher system, doors, boom suspension, electronically perforated directional control, etc.) through a distributor with a Sensor Line (Load Sensing LS).
The distributor features an LS hydraulic line that allows the tractor's hydraulic system pump to detect the trailer's pressure demand, regulating the flow rate and reducing energy consumption for greater efficiency.
Each function has a solenoid valve in the distributor that is controlled by the Intelligent Control System or ISOBUS system with which the machine has been configured.

Hydraulic suspension on the axles and drawbar allows load capture through pressure transducers.
These transducers transmit the pressure readings to the scale, and the information obtained is transmitted via the CAN BUS communication protocol. This technology enables real-time data exchange, with high immunity to interference and a significant reduction in the required wiring.
The system provides the operator with direct control of the transported weight, enabling them to optimize load capacity, improve road safety, and comply with current transport regulations.
